Starting with a focus on occupant experience, our team outlined what could be achieved in terms of an office worker’s comfort, safety, ease, and energy conservation expectations through advanced integration of building infrastructure services. We recognized the opportunity to create an ‘office of the future’ experience using existing technology and bringing together HVAC, access control, lighting, and audio visual equipment.
